Shipping
We deliver to addresses in Switzerland. We make personalised products in Zug after you order and ship them with Swiss Post. Production time depends on the product. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Returns
Personalised products are made according to your specifications and are therefore excluded from return and exchange, except in the case of defects. If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo: we will remake it free of charge or refund the purchase price. Non personalised products can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
