1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders in the Yugoshop online shop. The seller is Propus GmbH, Untere Roostmatt 8, 6300 Zug. The shop is aimed at customers in Switzerland. This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email.
3. Personalisation
We only make personalised products after you order, exactly according to the text you entered and your selection. You are responsible for the spelling, names, dates and the choice of Slava. You confirm that you hold the rights to the texts and motifs you submit and that they do not infringe any third party rights. We reserve the right to refuse offensive or unlawful content. Slight variations in colour and material texture (wood, glass, wax, fabric) are normal and are not a defect.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Production and delivery
We make the products in Zug and deliver to the address you provide in Switzerland. Production and delivery times depend on the product and are shown in the shop or at checkout. We will inform you of any significant delays.
6. Returns
Personalised products are made according to your specifications and are therefore excluded from return and exchange, except in the case of defects. Non personalised products can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
7. Warranty
If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We will remake the product free of charge or refund the purchase price. Errors caused by incorrectly entered details are not considered defects.
8. Liability
We are liable within the legal framework for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data protection
We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zug, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
