Yugoshop is an online shop for personalised gifts for people from across the former Yugoslavia who live in Switzerland. We make gifts for Slava, Christmas, Bajram, Easter, christenings, confirmations, weddings and birthdays, with a first name, family name or message of your choice.
Why Yugoshop
Switzerland is home to a large community of people from every part of the former Yugoslavia, from Slovenia to Macedonia. The holidays we celebrated at home do not stop when we move: Slava still needs a candle and žito, Bajram needs baklava and visits, Christmas needs a badnjak or Christmas wheat. A gift that understands these customs is hard to find here, unless it arrives in a parcel from the old country. That is why we started Yugoshop.
The shop is for everyone, whatever your faith or the region your family comes from. You will find gifts for Orthodox, Catholic and Muslim holidays, and the shop is available in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Macedonian, German and English.
Who is behind Yugoshop
Yugoshop is run by Propus GmbH in Zug, registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zug (UID CHE-424.310.597) and registered for VAT in Switzerland. The managing director is Janez Smirmaul. Orders, payments and complaints go directly through us, with no intermediaries.
How your gift is made
We make most products ourselves, on our own UV and 3D printers. The UV printer applies colour directly onto wood, glass, acrylic, ceramics and wax, so lettering and icons stay sharp and durable. The 3D printer produces cake toppers, Christmas tree ornaments and other small items.
- You choose a product and enter a first name, family name, date or message. For Slava gifts you also choose your patron saint.
- After you order, we make the product exactly as you entered it, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
- We ship the parcel with Swiss Post and you receive an email with the tracking number.
We deliver to all addresses in Switzerland. Shipping costs CHF 7 and is free for orders from CHF 65.

Do you ship outside Switzerland?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to addresses in Switzerland.
Can I return a personalised gift?
Personalised products are made to your specifications, so we cannot take them back. If a gift arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo: we will remake it free of charge or refund the purchase price. Non personalised products can be returned within 14 days.
Can I send my own picture or logo?
Yes. For products with an upload option, for example čokanjčići or wooden boards, you can add your own photo or logo.
